Indigenous Peoples' Day Closure Notice

In observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we will be closed Monday, October 12.

This day is an opportunity to honor the strength, resilience, traditions, cultures, and enduring contributions of all Indigenous peoples. We are grateful for the community we have the privilege of serving and for the generations who have helped shape and carry our traditions forward.

If you have medications to pick up, please plan ahead and visit the pharmacy before the holiday so you have what you need and can avoid any interruption in your care.

It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month

We know that getting a mammogram isn’t always easy.

Transportation. Distance. Work. Family responsibilities. Busy schedules. Sometimes it’s simply hard to find the time to take care of yourself.

We’re working to make it easier.

Through our partnership with OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center, the 3D Mammography Bus comes to our campus every few months for our patients.

That means breast cancer screening can be available right here, in our community.

KTO Employee Event Day — Thursday, October 15th

We will be closed Thursday, October 15 to allow our teams to come together for a day focused on unity, wellness, connection, and both physical and mental health.

Reminder: Plan ahead and pick up any medications you may need before Thursday.

About Us

Kickapoo Tribal Health Center (KTHC) opened January of 1998 and is an ambulatory care facility compact from the Indian Health Service providing a variety of services: medical, dental, pharmacy, lab, x-ray, health education, fitness instruction, nutrition, counseling, contract health, elder care, community health, and behavioral health.

Any KICKAPOO Tribal member will be seen in this clinic for medical services during clinic hours and will not be denied. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am – 5 pm.
