Questions about Boosters!!!

We are offering boosters to individuals that qualify under the guidelines set by the CDC.

If you are not sure if you qualify, please call 405-964-2081 to see if you are eligible. 

Onsite Safety Guidelines:

• Must practice social distancing.

• Please call 405-964-2081 to schedule an appointment. (Health Center will be closed from 12 pm to 1 pm daily.)

• COVID Testing  – please call 405-964-2081 to schedule.  Patients arriving for a COVID test WILL NOT ENTER the facility before their test. Patients will report to the blue cones on the Clinic’s north side for curbside COVID testing. Please call EXT. 229 when you arrive. Masks are not mandatory, but will be provided if patient wants one.
